This interior remodel was born from our clients’ extensive travels throughout England and the United Kingdom, as well as a desire to create a home that reflected both their lifestyle and personal heritage. With one of the homeowners being British, it was important that the finished spaces felt deeply personal—layered with subtle references to the colors, character, and timeless design sensibilities of the places they had come to love.

The remodel transformed the existing living spaces into a warm and inviting retreat designed for gathering, relaxing, and welcoming guests. Rich, heritage-inspired colors were paired with tailored millwork, traditional details, and furnishings that bring a sense of history and collected character to the interiors. Decorative selections were thoughtfully chosen to evoke the charm of British homes and pubs without feeling overly literal, creating an atmosphere that is refined, comfortable, and distinctly personal.

In addition to the main living area, the project included a guest bedroom and a separate apartment-style space complete with a full kitchen. This independent suite was designed to give visiting family and friends a comfortable place of their own, allowing guests to enjoy privacy and independence while still feeling connected to the home.

Throughout the project, the design balances classic British influence with the needs of modern living. Deep greens, warm woods, leather upholstery, traditional patterns, and carefully selected artwork create a layered backdrop that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. The result is a thoughtful interior transformation that tells the story of the clients’ travels and heritage while providing flexible, functional spaces for the people they love to host.
